The following is a retainer agreement between and the Law Office of Gregory Ebenfeld, P.A. The law firm agrees to prepare the following checked documents for the price specified below:

As a law firm, Gregory Ebenfeld, P.A. has a confidential relationship with each of it's clients. The firm provides financial planning and other services which are required for effective estate and trust planning. I/we hereby authorize the Law Office of Gregory A. Ebenfeld, P.A. to provide other professionals with my name and circumstances, as the firm seesfit, and to explain them, in the event that I decide other financial advice is warranted. I/we understand that this waiver of confidentiality is hereby understood and agreed to by me/us. Their compensation, if any, would be separately provided for with the other professionals.
The total fee for the preceding preparation of requested documents is $ . The Law Office of Gregory A. Ebenfeld, P.A. herewith accepts $ as a non-refundable retainer, whether or not you allow the firm to proceed with completing the documents. The balance of the fee is due and payable at the time of the execution of the documents. At the time of the execution of the documents, you agree to pay in addition to the firm's total fee, the recording costs and taxes for deeds and alike. All credit card transactions are subject to an additional four percent (4%) fee, paid directly to VOLT Merchant Services.
Please provide twenty-four (24) hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment time. When a signing appointment is made, any changes that occur the day of your scheduled appointment will result in a $60.00 change/rescheduling fee.
Our engagement will terminate after all documents are signed, or two (2) months after you are contacted that your documents are ready to sign.
